From setting every table, chair, and decoration to managing breakdown at the end of the celebration, we take care of the work behind the scenes. We keep the bathrooms clean and stocked, prepare the spaces, tend the fireplace, and handle the countless details that allow your family and friends to relax and enjoy the day rather than work it.
Perhaps the best testament to our team is that many of our staff members were married here themselves. They loved their experience at the Estate so much that they chose to return—not just to revisit a special place, but to help create equally memorable experiences for other couples.

OUR STORY

Long before Meadow Ponds Estate became a destination for weddings and gatherings, this was a working Georgia dairy farm and a place where families and members of the local community came together to buy dairy products, fish and enjoy the abundant wildlife.
The property includes historic buildings dating back to the late 1800s, along with the dairy barn that reflects its later history as a working dairy farm.
The Bogle family acquired the property in 2006 and began thoughtfully transforming it while preserving the character, history and spirit of the place. The current design was intentionally designed as place for families and friends to gather, to escape the hectic pace of the city. Noted architects Robert Mitchell and Keith Summerour created a master plan for the property and designed individual featured buildings which are now the backdrop for tens of thousands of memorable photographs and videos.
Today, Meadow Ponds Estate at Bogle Farms carries that story forward—a place where the history of the land provides the backdrop for new traditions, new memories and celebrations that become part of the property’s story.

A beautiful property creates the setting. Our team helps create the experience. No venue offers the number of staff with an average of 5 years of experience on site, like Meadow Ponds Estate. For an average wedding size of 150, expect a half dozen or so of our staff to be here to serve you and your guests for around 12 hours.
From the first conversation to the last guest leaving the dance floor, our team is here to help you bring your vision together and make the experience feel effortless.
