A Trained Team Supporting Your Day

No venue offers the number of trained, experienced staff that Meadow Ponds Estate provides. For an average of 150 guests, we will provide 5-8 experienced, trained team members for 10-12 hours. An experienced wedding team helps with planning, setup, coordination, and the practical details so you and your guests can remain present throughout the experience. About half of our staff were married here---and want to come back to serve others on their special day.

Planning Your Wedding at Meadow Ponds

Meadow Ponds Estate is located near Greenville, Georgia, approximately one hour south of Atlanta and within convenient reach of Atlanta’s airport and major highways.
Couples can choose from single-day weddings, full wedding weekends, and extended stays. The best option will depend on your preferred dates, guest count, accommodation needs, and plans for the celebration.
The estate can accommodate weddings of various sizes, with event space for up to approximately 300 guests, depending on the chosen spaces and event configuration. Contact our team to discuss the best setup for your guest count.
Yes. The Garden Cottage and Three Sisters Cabins provide on-site accommodations for approximately 20–25 guests. Availability may depend on the wedding package and length of stay selected.
Available settings include the meadow, ponds, gardens, Great Lawn, climate-controlled barn, Fireplace Pavilion, and other outdoor gathering areas. Our team can help you select spaces for your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and other wedding events.
