Located near LaGrange, Georgia, approximately one hour from Atlanta, Meadow Ponds is a private estate where open landscapes, historic character, gathering spaces, and on-site accommodations come together in one place.
Guests can move naturally between the meadows, ponds, gardens, glass-enclosed event space, pavilion, and lodging without leaving the property. Whether they are gathering for a wedding, sharing a meal, exploring the grounds, or enjoying an unhurried morning together, every part of the estate contributes to the experience.
The story of Meadow Ponds began more than a century ago. The original Farmhouse and Smokehouse were built around 1895, and for much of the twentieth century, the property operated as a working dairy farm serving the local community.
Over the years, the Bogle family thoughtfully transformed the land while preserving its agricultural character, natural surroundings, and historic buildings. Meadows, ponds, gardens, pastures, and wooded areas now exist alongside spaces created for weddings, shared meals, overnight stays, and time together. Under the guidance of nationally recognized architects Robert Mitchell and Keith Summerour, the master planning and building designs were under the watchful eye of true artists.
Today, Meadow Ponds continues the property’s long tradition as a gathering place—welcoming couples, families, and groups to create new memories while remaining connected to the estate’s history.

An open landscape surrounded by the Georgia countryside, offering a natural setting for ceremonies, portraits, and quiet walks across the property.

Peaceful waters bring reflection and movement to the estate, creating memorable backdrops for photographs, fishing, and relaxed moments outdoors.

Seasonal flowers, plants, and established greenery add color and character to ceremonies, portraits, and time spent exploring the grounds.

A spacious and flexible outdoor area where guests can gather for ceremonies, cocktail hours, dining, games, and other shared experiences.

A climate-controlled gathering space designed for receptions, dinners, speeches, music, and dancing, with views across the surrounding estate. You will love the sunlight beaming through the stained glass windows and the subtle, lighting from the chandeliers.

A covered, open-air space centred around a large stone fireplace—suited to welcome gatherings, rehearsal dinners, cocktail hours, shared meals, and conversations by the fire.

Built around 1895, the original Farmhouse reflects the property’s history as a working dairy farm and gives the estate a lasting sense of place and character.

The Garden Cottage and Three Sisters Cabins allow close family members and friends to stay on the property, making relaxed mornings, shared meals, and more time together, part of the experience.
At Meadow Ponds, your guests can move naturally from one part of the experience to the next without travelling between separate locations.
Begin with a rehearsal and dinner on the day before—then wake up for the “day of”! Your ceremony surrounded by the estate’s natural setting, continue to cocktails on the lawn or at the pavilion, and then gather for dinner and dancing in the climate controlled spaces. When the evening ends, your closest family members and friends can return to their on-site accommodations without leaving the property.
Between scheduled moments, guests can explore the gardens, walk beside the ponds, relax outdoors, or simply spend more time together. Everything remains connected, allowing the experience to feel relaxed, personal, and unhurried.
